Returns & Exchanges
At Rainbow Packaging Corporation, we prioritize food safety and quality; therefore, we accept returns on unused, unopened, and non-perishable packaging products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-printed orders and food-contact items that have been opened cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping containers, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send the package via a trackable shipping service to our central distribution warehouse; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the items are in original condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
